Emergency assistance: during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding U.S and French holidays:
- Call the above numbers weekdays during business hours for emergency assistance, or send an e-mail to our Emergency contact e-mail box. In order to maintain telephone lines available for emergencies only, the preferred way to contact us is via email, average response time, 24 hours.
