Ambassador McCourt attended the memorial ceremony in honor of the victims of the January 2015 terrorist attack against the Hyper Cacher kosher market. She and Israeli Ambassador to France Aliza Bin-Noun jointly lit a candle in memory of the Pittsburgh synagogue attack.
