On February 5, 2015, Consul Tashawna Bethea and Public Affairs Specialist Eva Prévost kicked off Black History Month with the inauguration of “Three Voices,” an exhibit designed by the students of LISAA, the graphic design school of Rennes, and dedicated to President Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address, Dr. Martin Luther King Junior’s “I Have a Dream” speech and President Barack Obama’s “Yes We Can” campaign speech.
