After a career at the U.S. Department of Defense, Leo Michel is currently a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council Brent Scowcroft Center on International Security. Last Tuesday, he gave a talk at the Council of Europe, and shared with a number of ambassadors to the Council, as well as several Members of the European Parliament who were meeting in Strasbourg, his deep knowledge on issues of security and transatlantic relations.
The meeting was organized in cooperation with the US Consulate in Strasbourg, the EU Delegation to the Council of Europe and the US Mission to the EU in Brussels.
