BEFORE YOU CALL SOS MÉDECINS
For reasons of technical reliability, the call center can ask your landline number even if you are calling from a mobile. When you call, you will be asked:

  • Telephone number where you may be reached; for reasons of technical reliability, the call center can ask your landline number even if you are calling from a mobile
  • Patient’s Name (if you are NOT the patient, please specify)
  • Exact address of the visit: place, and optionally, intercom, access code, building, floor, gate number
  • Any other information enabling the doctor to find your home as quickly as possible
  • Reason for your call and patient’s age
