Please read the information below and then choose your appointment time.
A Consular Officer cannot explain the contents of the documents, assemble them for you or provide legal advice on their preparation. Please bring your documents fully completed, without any missing pages. Bring instructions from the end user in the state of jurisdiction. If your documents are not ready for signature, you may be asked to make a new appointment.
Do not sign the document! It takes about an hour for the notarial process depending on the workflow.
Fee: 50 USD or the euro equivalent payable in cash or by credit card. We do not accept personal checks.
Witness/Co-signer? The ACS Unit staff cannot serve as witnesses, so if several people need to sign the same document, or if a witness is required, once you have booked your appointment, submit their names before 11 AM the day of your appointment using the Notary Contact Form – see link below. Failure to do so will result in your witnesses being denied entry into the Embassy.

Important Security Announcement
For security reasons, do not bring luggage including large backpacks, laptop computers, or large cameras. Security guards will hold small tourist cameras and cell phones until your departure, but there is no storage available for other items — please do not bring them to the Embassy.
